Assessment & Testing Modalities

Tongue and pulse assessment are traditional observational techniques used within naturopathic practice to help build a broader picture of your individual constitution and wellbeing. Characteristics of the tongue and pulse reflect internal moisture, circulation, digestive fire, and energetic equilibrium across vital organ systems.

This is not a medical diagnostic tool.

Iridology involves observing the colour and texture of the iris. It is used as a reflective tool to explore constitutional patterns and individual tendencies, with observations considered alongside your health history, lifestyle and current concerns.

Iridology is a complementary assessment and is not a medical diagnostic tool.

Using hair and saliva samples, bioresonance testing screens over 30,000 potential environmental and biological triggers, stressors and functinal markers across body systems detecting sensitivites, weakness and internal imbalances. Your results are considered alongside your health questionnaire to provide a personalised report and naturopathic wellbeing plan, with recommendations tailored to your individual needs.

Bioresonance is a complementary assessment and is not a medical diagnostic test.

Functional testing can help build a more detailed picture of your health by providing additional insight into areas such as digestive health, nutritional status, hormones and metabolism. Where appropriate, results are considered alongside your health history, symptoms and lifestyle to help personalise your naturopathic wellbeing plan.

Popular tests include: comprehensive gut and microbiome testing, hormone profiles, thyroid testing, nutritional status testing, organic acids and metabolic health assessments.

Therapies & Natural Support

Herbal Medicine

Herbal medicine uses carefully selected plant preparations to provide personalised support for your individual health and wellbeing needs. Depending on your health picture and preferences, herbs may be prescribed internally as tinctures, teas or powders, or externally as creams and ointments, with each prescription thoughtfully tailored to you. Where appropriate, carefully selected herbal supplements may also be suggested.

Homeobotanical Therapy

Homeobotanical therapy uses blends of herbal extracts and tinctures that are diluted and dynamised using homeopathic preparation methods. Following a consultation, remedies are selected and combined according to the individual's health picture, with a typical prescription blending several Homeobotanical remedies and being prepared as a personalised liquid formula.

Bach Flower Remedies

Bach Flower Remedies are a gentle complementary approach designed to support emotional wellbeing and balance. Individual flower essences are selected according to your current emotions, experiences and needs, then combined into a personalised remedy blend for you to use at home.

Naturopathic Nutrition

Naturopathic nutrition provides practical, personalised guidance to help you nourish your body through everyday food choices. This may include basic nutritional support, balanced meal ideas and guidance around food preparation, while also considering the traditional energetic qualities of foods and how different foods and cooking methods may suit your individual needs.

Naturopathy

Recommendations are personalised to your individual needs and circumstances, helping you build realistic, sustainable habits that support your long-term health and wellbeing.

Your care is personalised to you. Depending on your individual needs, preferences and wellbeing goals, I may draw upon and suggest a range of natural therapies and nutritional approaches as part of your plan.

Targeted Protocol

In the 90-minute initial consultation, we map your complete health journey, investigating nutritional habits, medical history, daily stress levels, and environmental factors to discover the true underlying sources of disharmony.
Together, we explore each of the body's systems, looking at any symptoms or concerns you may have.

During your consultation, observations of your tongue and iris are used to provide additional insights into your individual health picture and internal environment.

Other physical examinations and lab testing may be carried out to help find the answers to your health concerns.

This gives us an opportunity to review your progress, discuss any changes you've noticed and see how you're responding to your treatment plan. Together, we can adjust your protocol where appropriate, while addressing any questions or challenges along the way.

Each follow-up session is guided by your individual needs, helping you make sustainable changes and continue moving towards your health goals.
