A little bit about me
Hi! My name is Lauren.
My journey into natural medicine began with a simple fascination with plants and the ways they have been used to support health throughout history.
Born in London to Ecuadorian parents, I grew up with a curiosity about Ecuador's rich relationship with nature and the traditional knowledge of Indigenous communities, particularly their deep understanding of plants and their uses as medicine.
That curiosity eventually led me to study at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, where I trained in naturopathic herbal medicine and iridology. My studies have allowed me to explore both the traditional wisdom of herbal medicine and modern scientific research surrounding plants and health.
I believe that health begins by reconnecting with ourselves and the natural world around us. Nature provides both inspiration and practical tools for supporting balance, vitality and resilience. By looking at the whole person, I aim to create personalised care that supports each individual's unique needs.
Rather than searching for quick fixes, I believe in small, sustainable changes and in empowering people with the knowledge and confidence to take an active role in their own wellbeing. My role is to listen, guide and support—creating a space where people can slow down, reconnect and discover what wellbeing means for them.
